Motel 6 Kingsburg, CA

The staff is nice. The rooms can be a little dirty sometimes. This is why I carry my own cleaner and give it a good wipe down before we unpack. They closed the pool way too early. They don't really think about the customer vacation experience. I think the hot tub should be open year-round for adults. Sometimes, when you travel, a nice hot tub heals an aching back. Also, all the rooms are in desperate need of the walls getting deep cleaned. Base boards and corners need attention. Light switches need to be cleaned. The mold that is starting to really take hold in the bathrooms needs to be bleached down before it gets too much worse. Staff is nosy. Even when we put a "do not disturb" sigh on our door they always come in. I don't know what the hell they are looking for, but it breaches my right to privacy. I will come back because I do like the owner she is kind.

For what it is, this place isn’t too shabby. It’s relatively clean, secure and convenient. This rooms have towels, Roku TVs, mini fridges and microwaves. They also have small AC units that keep the room at a temperature you find comfortable. There’s a few restaurants nearby that are pretty good. We went to a hibachi place about 3 minutes down the road that was fantastic. Lastly, the pool area is pretty clean, it’s small but it also comes with a jacuzzi that’s kept hot with jets you can adjust.

Stay here frequently. Location is reliably clean, comfortable, and quiet. Near all the essentials including a 24-hr ARCO AMPM across the street. Easy access to the 99. I’ll definitely return. I prefer this location to Visalia and Selma.

I was really happy with my stay at the Motel 6 Kingsburg. My room was spotless, and the location was ideal, with shopping and restaurants just a short walk away. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. I also liked the town of Kingsburg. I went there to visit Yosemite National Park, but I didn't realise that you need a reservation to enter the park between 5:00 and 16:00 if you're visiting between May and October.

Clean rooms plenty of accommodations and all the air conditioning you need. Pool was clean and nice to swim in..pet friendly was great to have...the women who checked us in that night a week after my stay, she ran our credit card again and tried to charge it for another stay at the motel..funny thing was by then we were more than a 1,000 miles away. Charges were disputed and declined ad had to get a new card.

I stayed here in October after my mom passed away. The staff was amazing. They were so friendly. Always had a smile on their face when talking to them. The house keepers were the sweetest people ever. I would stay here again. Yes it is an older motel but it is still very welcoming after flying all day. The rooms are huge in comparison to some places and very clean. The exterior of the place is very clean. The owners or managers take very good care of it. It is nicely located in kingsburg to restaurants and convenience stores. And Starbucks is in walking distance.

The room we stayed in was spacious and had a fridge and microwave. The bedsheet did have few small holes. The hotel is fairly simple in its amenities and the surrounding area is peaceful with a few restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff were professional in their service.

Had a safe, easy, dog-friendly, and wallet-friendly stay. I appreciate that Motel 6 appreciates me, hope it continues serving me, and know it must be challenging to maintain a property these days. My room wasn’t perfect but adequate and comfy.
